Immediately after the Federal Council’s decision to break off negotiations on the Framework Agreement, the EU Commission sent a letter declaring the certificates of Swiss Notified Bodies unilaterally invalid from yesterday to today and without a transition period. What must and can you as affected companies do now? Felix Müller, Daniel Taddeo and Julia Jäkle (SQS) as well as Markus Wipf (Axxos) and Daniel Delfosse (Swiss Medtech) will comment on this topic and will also be happy to take your questions and concerns.
