Swiss Medtech Code of Ethical Business Conduct

The Swiss Medtech Code of Ethical Business Conduct (Code of Ethics) aims to increase transparency and safeguard the integrity of all interactions between Swiss Medtech member companies and healthcare professionals or institutions. Members of Swiss Medtech commit to comply with the Code of Ethics when they join the association.

Sandra Rickenbacher-Läuchli, Head of Public Affairs and Legal Counsel at Swiss Medtech, is offering a two-part webinar; firstly, to explain the most important principles of the Code of Ethics, as well as to address frequently asked questions and changes to the revised Code (in force since 1 January 2024). In the second part, Ms Rickenbacher-Läuchli will answer specific issues submitted by members. Please communicate your questions in advance at time of registration. The webinar will be held in German.
