You will find the Wheelchair Provision Tariff and various other documents below. The wheelchair provision tariff contract regulates the payment of services concerning the provision of wheelchairs for individuals insured under the Federal Law on Accident Insurance (Ger: UVG ), the Federal Law on Military Insurance (Ger: MVG), or the Federal Law on Disability Insurance (Ger: IVG).
The contract was signed by service providers Swiss Medtech and Ortho Reha Suisse, as well as the insurer represented by the Swiss Accident Insurance Fund (Suva ) and the Federal Social Insurance Office (Ger: BSV).
